Online Improvers Lessons: one-to-one tuition online in violin or voice. Do you have a tricky piece of music that’s proving hard to handle? Are you finding it challenging to play in front of others, or is there a technical area you need to improve? I provide supportive, objective coaching online to help you achieve the next level of playing and singing. Please note, online sessions are only available to adult improvers - if you are looking for lessons for your child or a complete beginner, please contact me to arrange lessons in person.
Teaching Style:
I teach folk and contemporary classical styles in a Suzuki-based method that is rooted in playing by ear. I teach according to the needs of the individual, including music reading and theory where it will support your style. I can coach you for exams and performances, or simply build your confidence and technique for playing with and in front of others.

I am available for composition and recording projects, for example for violin parts, backing vocals or standalone pieces such as podcast themes. Contact me to discuss your requirements below.
